Free Big Bumble Bee Amigurumi Pattern

Materials:


Size F5 Crochet Hook
1 Skein each of Yellow and Black Yarn
2 9mm Safety Eyes
Scrap of White Felt
Polyfill
Tapestry Needle

Instructions:
Rnd 1: Ch 6 in Magic Ring
Rnd 2: 2 SC in each stitch around (12)
Rnd 3: SC 1, 2 SC in next stitch around (18)
Rnd 4: SC 2, 2 SC in next stitch around (24)
Rnd 5-9: SC around (24)
Rnd 10-13: switch to black and SC around (24)
Rnd 14-15: switch to yellow and SC around (24)
Rnd 15-17 switch to black and SC around (24)
Rnd 18: switch to yellow and SC around (24)
Rnd 19: SC 2, INV DEC in next stitch around (18)
*Now would be a good time to attach safety eyes to the front of the piece. Then, stuff firmly.*
Rnd 20: SC 1, INV DEC in next stitch around (12)
Rnd 21: INV DEC around until end of work. Fasten off and weave in any loose ends.

Cut two wing-shapes out of white felt and either hot glue them or stitch them to the sides of the bumble bee. Use picture as a placement reference.
